We work alongside your team to understand one process and build the tool it needs. For agricultural businesses, we start with shipping and distribution.
Talk to us First look free. What we do
We spend time with the people doing the work and follow one process as it actually happens.
We find where the work gets stuck and agree on one problem to tackle.
If a tool would help, we build it around the way your team already works.
Something we've built
At a local manufacturer, the shipping team photographed every order on their phones and filed the photos by hand: about 10 minutes an order. When a customer said “we never got it,” there was no proof.
We built a camera tool that scans the packing slip and files the photo automatically. Now it takes about 30 seconds an order, the team uses it every day, and every shipment has proof.

One tool, built for one shipping process.
Our starting point in agriculture
How do orders come in, get packed and reach buyers? We start there, then work out what help would be useful. These are possibilities, not a fixed package.
Illustrations of possible projects, not existing products or customer work.
Orders come in by text or phone and get copied onto a whiteboard.
What we could build We'd turn them into one clean order list and a pick list, automatically.
A buyer says it arrived short or damaged, and there's no proof.
What we could build We'd attach a photo at packing to every order.
Guessing quantities means hauling produce home or selling out early.
What we could build We'd suggest quantities from your past sales, market by market.
Market customers never hear from you again.
What we could build We'd collect contacts and message them when their favorite item is back.
Records and crew hours are other possibilities, if that is where the problem turns out to be.
Records on paper or in someone's head.
What we could build We'd let you log them from a phone and pull the report inspectors ask for.
Hours on paper, added up by hand.
What we could build We'd total them automatically from a simple phone check-in.
A tool that fits
Sometimes you should, and if an app fits, we'll tell you and help set it up. When it doesn't:
We start with the paper sheets and tools your team already uses, then build around the way the work gets done.
We look at where your spreadsheets and other tools could connect, based on what the work needs.
Not the average business's.
Andrés speaks Spanish, and two of us have worked around agriculture.
How it works
A few hours watching one process, in person or over a screen share.
What we saw, whether or not anything comes next.
If something's worth building, we agree on the price before work starts.
The first month of fixes is included.
Who we are
Owen, Andrés and Vincent.
We started Rowline because we kept seeing the same thing: the real problems in a business aren't in the plan. They're in the gap between the plan and what people actually do. Watching is how we find them.
Let's take a look
